This Gift Voucher is for the sum of £5 and it will come in a little purple or black envelope for safe keeping and presentational purposes.

1. The Gift Vouchers are not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
2. Gift Vouchers purchased have fixed denominations ranging from £5 to £30.
3. H L Bespoke Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any merchandise online at www.hlbespoke.co.uk.
4. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
5. Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.
6. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Gift Vouchers must be used in whole.
8. Where Gift Vouchers have a greater value than the goods being purchased, change above £2, €2 or $2 will be returned as an online Discount Code.
9. Gift Vouchers will expire on the date marked on the Gift Voucher (6 Months from the date of purchase). Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
10. Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
11. Gift Vouchers can only be used by the person specified upon purchase.
12. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
13. H L Bespoke reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been duplicated, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
14. If you have made an online payment with a Gift Voucher and you would like to return your purchase, please note that you will be refunded the amount paid by Gift Voucher in the form of an online Discount Code.
15. H L Bespoke reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
