This handcut, fused glass Christmas Decoration comes in the shape of a gingerbread house, using a variety of techniques used - it truly is a special gift to hang on the Christmas Tree year after year! 

It comes with red Christmas ribbon, so it is ready to hang and an array of colours to truly depict a real gingerbread house - because, they are actually real you know!

Each piece has been individually hand cut, hand painted (using specialist glass in the form of paint) and fused, in a specialist kiln, for 21+  hours. During this process, the glass is fired to over 800°C, annealed (held) at nearly 500°C and then cooled slowly over several hours to maximize durability and strength - This firing process leaves a beautiful glossy finish on the glass - and marvelous bubbles that will keep you entranced.

Now, obviously, because we are talking about molten glass here, it has a mind of it's own & so no two pieces will ever be the same - this and the fact that they are handcut - means you are sure to receive pieces that are truly unique from one another.
